Taking in consideration many natural and climatic factors which can lead to the damage of the surface of landscaping, hardscaping and embankment work, RBS technology was developed by Embankment Road landscaping Work L.L.C in the year of 2018 in Dubai, UAE, and started its manufacturing in Sharjah free zone.<\/p>\n

There were executed projects for RTA, EXPO 2020, Municipality Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of UAE and we got approval as reliable partner with high performance RBS technology to be applied for protection of soil erosion, for reinforcement of bridges, slopes and embankment for durable surface result to prevent water flood problem, constant cleaning and maintenance expenses.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

What<\/span> Is RBS?<\/h3>

It is high viscosity formulated clear polyurethane resin binder, intended for mixing with hard materials such as gravel, granite, crushed stone and other types of aggregates and sand too.
\nRBS technology is able to stabilize any bulk materials with the help of polyurethane glue giving warranty from 5-10 years considering the impact of weather conditions.<\/p>\n

Horizontal and vertical 100% permeability of the protective layer distributes the flow over large area, reducing the formation of rapid flows and allowing rainwater to be absorbed into ground, while reducing the load on the drainage system at the bottom of the protected inclined surfaces.<\/p>\n

The strength of the surfaces created by RBS material is comparable to the strength of concrete and asphalt surfaces, therefore this technology can be used in road construction for road embankment protection and for bridges reinforcement. It protects any slope surface from soil erosion.<\/p>\n

Due to usage of natural materials (different kinds of stones, shapes, fraction and colors) the surface will be naturally integrated into landscape design.
